Ansvarsområden

  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver internal and external events, customer visits, meetings, and digital experiences.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and communication activities.
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders and external suppliers for successful execution.
  • Manage invitations, registrations, attendee communication, and event logistics.
  • Arrange travel, accommodation, transportation, and restaurant bookings for visitors.
  • Measure outcomes, collect feedback, and identify improvement opportunities.

Krav

  • Experience in event coordination, project management, hospitality, or communications.
  • Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills in Swedish and English.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and digital collaboration tools.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience planning and executing events, meetings, or customer visits.
  • Experience coordinating projects with multiple stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Experience working with event platforms, project management systems, or digital event tools is an advantage.
  • Service-minded, organized, and proactive.
  • Comfortable taking ownership, thinking several steps ahead, and finding practical solutions.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to build strong relationships across the organization.
