Essbase / EPM Engineer role at Autoliv Queretaro Technical Center (MQT) requires full Essbase administration, including creating/modifying databases, provisioning users, performance tuning, and user support. The position also involves IT General Controls audit support for AAM business systems, requiring participation in SOX, GIA, and other audits. A financial background and interaction with the Finance department are expected.

Ansvarsområden

  • Administer Essbase servers and databases (creating, deleting, modifying dimensions, members, and databases).
  • Provision users with appropriate roles and access permissions.
  • Ensure optimal performance of Essbase applications through monitoring and tuning.
  • Provide user support, including troubleshooting issues and configuring new users.
  • Manage hardware and software infrastructure supporting Essbase with IT, including server maintenance, implementation, and security measures.
  • Participate in all aspects of audits (SOX, GIA, others) and IT General Controls for AAM business systems.
  • Engage in planning, risk assessments, documentation, execution, testing, review, and follow-up for audit resolution.

Krav

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field.
  • 3-5 Years managing an Essbase instance for a large company.
  • General knowledge of Financial Systems.
  • Possess strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues efficiently.
  • Effective communication with users is crucial for understanding requirements and providing support.
  • Willing to work on site 4 times a week.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Knowledge of JD Edwards finance systems is preferred.
  • Knowledge of and experience with month end close and forecasting processes.
