I korthet

This role is for an ETL Developer in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, focusing on developing new features, refactoring ETL code, and fixing bugs for the Business Intelligence and Analytics team. The position requires strong SQL skills, experience in data integration with ETL tools or programming languages like Python, and knowledge of relational databases such as BigQuery and MySQL. Experience in supply chain is also beneficial.

Ansvarsområden

  • Develop new features, refactor legacy ETL code, and fix bugs for the Business Intelligence and Analytics team.
  • Own tasks through the entire software development lifecycle from concept to release.
  • Develop code changes, unit tests, integration tests, and performance tests.
  • Develop code changes based on functional requirements defined via BRDs, FSDs, TDDs, or other instructions.
  • Work with business analysts, program managers, and other contractors to determine functional & technical requirements.
  • Own data integration delivery tasks from development through support.
  • Own report/dashboard delivery (PLX) tasks from development through support.
  • Provide support for new and existing data models, ETL pipelines, and data marts.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation using Google Docs/Sheets/Slides.

Krav

  • Experience in delivering Business Intelligence solutions (Mandatory).
  • Strong SQL skills in complex queries and data manipulation (Mandatory).
  • Experience in developing ETL/building data pipelines with ETL tools or programming languages (Mandatory).
  • Experience in databridge.
  • 5 or more years of experience in Data engineering projects.
  • Experience with SQL or equivalent database querying language.
  • Working knowledge of relational databases, including BigQuery, MySQL and large-scale distributed systems.
  • Analytical skills with experience identifying, quantifying, and effectively raising business risks associated with data quality or non-compliance.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with capability to execute with business stakeholders.
  • Supply chain experience background.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Python programming, shell scripting, java scripting experience a plus.
  • Preferably experienced in multiple BI aspects.
