ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions is implementing SAP S/4 HANA across its global operations as part of Project ONE. The ERP Regional Program Manager will oversee the rollout of the SAP ERP solution and new processes in their assigned region, acting as a key liaison between the core PMO and local country teams. This role requires extensive experience in SAP ERP project management, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage virtual teams and regional budgets.

Ansvarsområden

  • Serve as the regional extension of the core PMO team.
  • Manage the rollout activities for countries within the region throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead and manage virtual teams including Country Leads, change network roles, and local BA leads.
  • Interact with local stakeholders to understand requirements and approve solutions.
  • Support Country Leads in coordinating data migration, local interface build, UAT, training, cut-over/go-live, and hyper care.
  • Collaborate with System Integrator (SI) partners on timelines and milestones.
  • Oversee the regional program budget and risk management process.

Krav

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in SAP ERP project/program management roles.
  • Experience in a broad range of functional and technical SAP ERP aspects.
  • Experience in multiple SAP ERP Rollout projects, preferably SAP S/4.
  • Experience working in a decentralized organization using virtual collaboration methods.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Chinese language skills are necessary for the APAC area.
  • Structured and process-oriented with experience in driving change.
  • Ability to learn new tasks quickly and demonstrate flexibility.
  • Ability to manage and deliver multiple priorities under tight timelines.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent discipline.
