Google seeks an Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) Cluster Manager in Hyderabad, India, to lead safety solutions, oversee procedure development, and conduct risk assessments. Ansvarsområden

  • Develop and integrate safety solutions based on risk assessments to maximize worker protection in R&D, lab settings, and office environments.
  • Oversee the creation of procedures, program documentation, and digital tracking systems to ensure safety solutions scale across the region.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams such as security and facilities to embed safety protocols into daily operations.
  • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments; draft high-level reports for leadership on site safety and health.
  • Lead incident investigations, incident response, and tactical exercises.
  • Support all campus compliance with local, national, and state environment, health, and safety (EHS) regulations along with company standards.

Krav

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in environment, health and safety (EHS).

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • EHS related licenses, or certifications (Certified Industrial Hygienist, Certified Safety Professional, Certified Hazardous Materials Manager, or similar).
  • Experience managing campus operations with a focus on compliance, research labs, permitting, employee safety, and emergency management.
  • Experience working in a cross functional team environment in close partnership with facility management teams, security, and business leadership.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, concurrent projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment; strong analytical and technical skills including the use of AI tools.
