Synopsys is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Architect, Staff, to design and manage large-scale Windows Server and Endpoint infrastructure globally. This role involves creating robust automation, patch management, and provisioning solutions to enhance security, efficiency, and scalability for 30,000+ users. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and over 5 years of experience in Windows administration and architecture.

Ansvarsområden

Design enterprise-scale Windows Server and Endpoint architecture, including OS provisioning standards, configuration baselines, image builds, and lifecycle management.
Define and implement patch management strategy for Windows infrastructure, covering patching rings, testing workflows, and emergency security patching.
Build automation for provisioning, configuration, patching, application deployment, compliance checks, and reporting using PowerShell and Python.
Develop application packaging, testing, deployment, monitoring, and rollback processes for diverse business units.
Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, Cloud, Network, and Operations teams to align Windows solutions with enterprise principles.
Lead migration strategies from traditional endpoint management to modern approaches like zero-touch provisioning.
Create and maintain architecture documents, technical standards, and runbooks.

Krav

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
5+ years of hands-on experience managing enterprise Windows Server and Endpoint environments in large-scale, multi-tenant settings.
Deep technical expertise in Windows Server administration, troubleshooting, Active Directory, and endpoint management platforms.
Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise patch management, application deployment, and OS provisioning solutions.
Ability to create architecture documentation including HLD, LLD, technical standards, and implementation guides.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Experience with Configuration Manager/SCCM, MDT, Windows Autopilot, Intune, or Tanium is highly desirable.
Exposure to REST APIs, Git/GitHub, Docker, Kubernetes, or Infrastructure as Code concepts is a strong plus.
