Emerson is looking for an Engineering Project Manager to lead controls and software solutions for New Generation Projects in North America. This hybrid role, based in Cranberry Township, PA, involves managing projects from start to finish, ensuring successful delivery through collaboration with engineering teams, customers, and internal partners.

Ansvarsområden

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute New Generation Projects to meet scope, schedule, cost, and quality commitments.
  • Partner with project engineers, technical specialists, and cross-functional teams for successful project delivery.
  • Serve as the primary customer contact, building strong relationships and ensuring high satisfaction.
  • Track project performance, risks, and issues, communicating status clearly to stakeholders.
  • Support forecasting activities for project sales, inventory, and resource utilization.
  • Apply established project execution processes and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Participate in lessons learned reviews and share best practices.
  • Stay informed on market trends and emerging technologies for effective project execution.

Krav

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Business, or other technical discipline, or equivalent education/experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Project Management or Engineering.
  • Experience supporting projects involving control systems, software solutions, or industrial automation.
  • Working knowledge of project management fundamentals (scope, schedule, risk, stakeholder coordination).
  • Ability to organize work, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced setting.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% in North America.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Exposure to project execution activities (design coordination, field service, commissioning, applications engineering).
  • Experience working directly with customers in a technical or project-based role.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
