Manage a team of engineers in the People Operations Solutions group, focusing on designing and delivering enterprise-grade AI workspaces. This role requires technical leadership, strategic planning, and oversight of large-scale AI/ML projects, ensuring alignment with Google's core product development.

Ansvarsområden

Set and communicate team priorities, aligning strategy, processes, and decision-making.
Leverage telemetry, benchmarks, and developer tooling to improve product excellence and engineering velocity.
Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback and coaching to individuals.
Develop the mid-term technical direction and roadmap for your team(s).
Deliver AI-native, agentic enterprise solutions across POps Solutions core pillars.
Design, guide, and vet systems designs, and write code to solve ambiguous problems.

Krav

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in software development.
3 years of experience in a technical leadership role, overseeing projects.
2 years of experience in a people management, supervision, or team leadership role.
Experience designing and operating distributed computing systems for large-scale AI/ML workloads.

Önskade kvalifikationer

3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional projects.
Experience in launching Machine Learning or AI products from research to production.
Experience designing architectures for Artificial Intelligence applications.
Experience building and customizing structured execution models like (Reason + Act), Tree of Thoughts, and Plan-and-Solve loops.
Expertise in offline, online, and RL-based validation strategies.
Proficient in aligning evaluation metrics with key business constraints.
