As an Engineering Lead – Integration Platform, you will lead the platform architecture, engineering, and security for Securitas Group's Integration Capability Center. This hybrid role in Gurugram requires 10+ years of experience in platform engineering, with a focus on integration domains, .NET, and Azure.

Ansvarsområden

Realize platform architecture and support engineering-related decisions with the architecture community.
Ensure solutions conform to architecture and standards, leading implementation assessments.
Drive the Config-Driven Integration Pipeline Framework for repeatable onboarding.
Make new adapters, connectors, and SDKs available in the integration marketplace.
Evangelize widespread use of OpenTelemetry for observability.
Drive the runtime control plane for inbound and outbound data traffic.
Ensure the Integration Platform is secured based on Securitas Security principles and best practices.
Lead Integration Platform life-cycle management including infra and service versions.
Create and maintain up-to-date platform documentation.
Involve in Platform administration, including access and permission management, and cost management.
Guide business and IT teams on technology design and investment decisions.

Krav

10+ years of working experience within platform engineering and the broader IT industry.
5+ years of relevant and documented Engineering experience from the integration domain and experience of integration platform development as well as associated technologies.
Experience in driving change, leading an engineering roadmap and collaborating cross-functionally at all levels of a complex organization.
IT/IS architecture experience in a platform engineering context.
In-depth knowledge of creating and leading an Integration Platform.
.NET and Azure platform background.
Experience with API Management, Azure Gateway/networking, and Azure integration components like API Management, Service Bus, Functions, MCP servers, MFT.
Platform-oriented mindset with experience building or operating platforms.
Understanding of integration platforms vs data platforms.
Knowledge of modern software engineering practices and cloud tooling.
English language proficiency at a professional business level.
