What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop and prototype new features using Python to enhance the user journey and platform value.
• Research and identify friction points in user interactions with solutions, translating insights into actionable technical requirements.
• Maintain high standards of technical documentation and actively participate in QA to ensure smooth deployment of new tools.
• Curate documents and data to build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)-based GenAI solutions and generate prompt datasets to validate solution effectiveness.

What You’ll Need:

• Currently pursuing a degree with an Engineering background. 
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience working with data.  
• Hands-on exposure to AI/GenAI tools and prompt engineering for rapid prototyping.
• A user-first mindset with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable product improvements.
• Strong communication skills and a self-driven approach to work.
