YouTube's Trust & Safety team is seeking an Engineering Analyst in Hyderabad to ensure product integrity. You will lead projects, analyze data, build machine learning solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to protect users and partners from abuse in Google Ads products.
Ansvarsområden
- Lead projects/investigations and cross-functional initiatives within Google, interacting with senior stakeholders from engineering, legal, product teams and more.
Krav
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in data analysis, including identifying trends, generating summary statistics, and drawing insights from quantitative and qualitative data.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- 7 years of industry experience analyzing, extracting, and visualizing valuable insights from large and varied datasets.
- Experience conceptualizing, designing, and building high impact machine learning solutions that were integrated into production systems.
- Track record of delivering analytical recommendations that were adopted by an organization and drove real-world business impact.
- Ability to both effectively collaborate with teammates and independently drive workstreams forward and overcome any obstacles that arise.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to effectively and concisely convey the results of your work both verbally and in short write-ups.
