The Support Operations Engineer is responsible for developing and delivering high-quality code and solutions within the Support & Operations team. This role involves using tools like Power BI and PowerShell to improve operational efficiency and fulfill client requests, ensuring projects adhere to time, quality, and cost standards.

Ansvarsområden

Develop code and scripts using Powershell and Python to automate operational tasks and improve system performance.
Maintain existing Power BI dashboards and reports, troubleshooting issues and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and implement new features in Power BI, enhancing usability and functionality.
Document code, processes, and system configurations to ensure knowledge transfer and compliance with best practices.

Krav

Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
Strong knowledge of Powershell scripting for task automation.
Familiarity with Python programming for data manipulation and automation.
Basic understanding of database concepts and data integrity principles.
