LEWA China is seeking an Engineer for its Dalian office. The role involves the design, production scheduling, and technical issue resolution for pump and pump skid products. A Bachelor's degree in a related field and over two years of mechanical design experience are required.
Ansvarsområden
- Responsible for clarifying contract technical requirements, implementing technical solutions, and managing technical deviations.
- Prepare, maintain, and update project engineering documents, including datasheets, GA drawings, P&IDs, and utility lists.
- Complete mechanical design work for pumps and pump skids, including component design, baseplate design, piping, and auxiliary equipment selection.
- Maintain contract-related material master data in SAP, create BOMs, issue factory execution documents, and prepare handover documentation.
- Perform risk identification and technical optimization during contract execution.
- Maintain communication with Sales, Procurement, Production, Quality, and Project Management teams.
- Participate in project reviews and lessons learned feedback.
- Assist in establishing and optimizing technical specifications and design standards.
Krav
- 2 years of experience as an Engineer.
- Bachelor’s degree or above from a full-time accredited university, majoring in Mechanical Design and Manufacturing, Process Equipment and Control Engineering, or related fields.
- CET-4 or above in English.
- More than two years of experience in mechanical design or packaged equipment design.
- Proficient in 2D and 3D mechanical design software and common office software.
- Strong problem analysis, problem-solving, and planning abilities.
- Collaborative and team-oriented, with a positive attitude.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Experience in pumps, process equipment, skid-mounted equipment, pressure vessels, or offshore engineering is preferred.
- Familiar with pump and skid-mounted product design, P&ID, technical specifications, and engineering document preparation.
- Familiarity with relevant standards such as ASME and GB is preferred.
- Experience with SAP or ERP systems is preferred.
- Experience in FPSO, Marine, or Offshore projects is preferred.
