Ansvarsområden
- Monitor network performance using network management and monitoring tools.
- Provide Level 1 support for LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and network connectivity issues.
- Troubleshoot basic routing, switching, and connectivity problems.
- Respond to network alerts, incidents, and service requests within defined SLA timelines.
- Perform health checks on routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless devices.
- Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 teams with complete troubleshooting details.
- Assist in network device configuration and implementation activities.
- Maintain network documentation, incident records, and change management logs.
- Support VPN connectivity and remote user access issues.
- Coordinate with telecom vendors and service providers for WAN circuit issues.
- Participate in planned maintenance activities and network upgrades.
- Ensure adherence to IT security and compliance standards.
