I korthet

Lead development of scalable cloud data platforms and drive delivery of high-impact features with a strong focus on AI and agentic solutions. Own technical direction, execution, and team output for intelligent systems leveraging data, APIs, and automation.

Ansvarsområden

  • Lead architecture, design, and delivery of cloud-based systems and data services.
  • Act as technical leader, driving key design decisions, code quality, and engineering standards.
  • Plan and execute roadmap, manage backlog, and own delivery timelines.
  • Own releases: build, deploy, and support production systems.
  • Lead and mentor engineers, driving execution across distributed teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, QA, and partner teams.
  • Drive design and implementation of AI-powered features and workflows.
  • Build agent-based solutions leveraging APIs, data platforms, and orchestration layers.
  • Integrate LLM-based capabilities into production systems.

Krav

  • 8+ years of software engineering experience with 4+ years of team leadership and people management.
  • Strong experience delivering distributed, production-grade systems in cloud environments.
  • Proficiency in backend development (Java / Python / Go), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and distributed systems (microservices, APIs).
  • Experience with data platforms and large-scale data processing.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM-based systems and building or integrating agent-based / AI-driven solutions.
  • Strong ownership, execution, communication, and ability to lead cross-team delivery in a global environment.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 6+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.
  • Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 5+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.
  • PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 4+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.
  • 3+ years of work experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.
