The Support & Operations Engineer will develop and maintain robust LAN/WAN solutions, address client requests, and troubleshoot existing systems to enhance performance and reliability.   • Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting processes.

Krav

  • Basic understanding of LAN/WAN technologies and protocols.
  • Familiarity with network troubleshooting tools and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of network security principles and practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Optional Certifications: Comptia Network+, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
