- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for code and processes.
Krav
- Basic understanding of Microsoft VDI solutions and RDSH technologies.
- Familiarity with Windows Operating Systems and Touch Services.
- Fundamental knowledge of Video/Telepresence systems and their integration with virtual environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Fundamentals (Optional but valuable).
