Autoliv is seeking a Customer Quality Engineer to ensure customer requirements are met and drive quality improvements. This role involves managing customer complaints, performing root cause analysis, analyzing quality data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve concerns and support new product launches.

Ansvarsområden

  • Ensure all customer requirements are respected and promoted within the organization.
  • Manage complaints received from the client and drive root cause analysis using structured problem-solving methodologies (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, etc.).
  • Gather and prepare traceability information required by the customer.
  • Analyze customer returns, warranty claims, and quality performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements, industry standards, and internal quality procedures.
  • Support internal and external audits and customer visits.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, supplier quality, and production teams to resolve quality concerns.
  • Monitor quality KPIs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Prepare and present quality reports, action plans, and customer responses.
  • Participate in new product launches and ensure customer quality requirements are met.

Krav

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Quality, Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Automotive, or related field).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing or quality environment (internship experience may be considered).
  • Knowledge of quality tools and methodologies: 8D, Ishikawa, 5 Why, PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA, APQP, PPAP.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Power Point).
  • General knowledge of production, process, quality.
  • Advanced English level (C1/C2).
