AWS Professional Services is seeking a Sr. Engagement Manager for Healthcare and Life Sciences in India to lead transformative AI and data initiatives. You will orchestrate 50+ person teams, deliver distinctive customer business outcomes, and drive AI-native modernization with a focus on building trusted executive relationships and managing program financials. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of the industry through hands-on transformation leadership.

Ansvarsområden

  • Build and nurture trusted executive relationships (VP+), delivering strategic counsel on program direction, health, risks, and trade-offs.
  • Proactively manage interdependencies, mitigate risks, and drive accountability for program outcomes in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
  • Orchestrate across customer lines of business, IT, and partner teams, aligning stakeholders on priorities, timelines, and definitions of success.
  • Define and track measurable customer business outcomes (e.g., time-to-market acceleration) as the north star for program success.
  • Own program financial health, including forecasting, revenue recognition, commercial management, and change request negotiation.
  • Influence human builder and agent builder teams effectively, establishing clear operating models and responsible AI guardrails.
  • Drive adoption of AI-DLC (AI-Driven Development Life Cycle) methodologies across delivery programs.
  • Establish and enforce governance frameworks for agentic AI in delivery, including observability, cost controls, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
  • Surface ideas on how ProServe and other AWS teams can innovate to help customers achieve their goals faster and at a larger scale.

Krav

  • 5+ years of leading multiple Agile teams (like Scrum Masters, Product Owners) concurrently or at scale experience.
  • 7+ years of leading and delivering enterprise-level IT engagements experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in STEM field.
  • Knowledge of the value proposition of the public cloud and cloud engagement delivery (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
  • Experience in leading multiple Agile teams (like Scrum Masters, Product Owners) concurrently or at scale.
  • Experience in leading and delivering enterprise-level IT engagements.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • 5+ years of delivering customer engagements in a professional services role experience.
  • Active project management certification (e.g., APM, CSM, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2).
  • AWS certification.
  • Experience in delivering customer engagements in a professional services role.
  • Experience with Agile and project management toolsets like Jira, Rally, VersionOne or Taiga.
  • Experience working with and presenting to C-level executives, IT, and lines of businesses across organizations or equivalent.
