Mandiant Consulting is seeking an Engagement Lead in Mumbai to manage complex cybersecurity projects, drive client relationships, and ensure successful project delivery. This role involves cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, and strategic planning within the cybersecurity domain.

Ansvarsområden

  • Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, identifying and delivering outcomes for client-facing projects.
  • Drive end-to-end program management including planning, scoping, milestone tracking, kickoff materials, governance frameworks, budget tracking, and issue management.
  • Build relationships and exert influence within a complex organization with multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Identify work/process inefficiencies and drive repeatable solutions.
  • Plan and execute work to build trust across teams, connecting clients and internal teams, and understanding interdependencies.
  • Integrate multiple adjacent or interrelated client/stakeholder project timelines, goals, and objectives.
  • Assist in the preparation of Statements of Work (SOW), formal quotations, and obtaining Purchase Orders (PO).

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in a cross-functional project/program management, consulting or a client-facing role.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience with project and engagement management in a consulting environment, within cybersecurity or IT industry.
  • Experience working with project management methodologies and tools such as OpenAir etc.
  • Experience working with C-level executives such as CISOs and the ability to set and manage expectations with executive stakeholders and team members.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, set expectations, and follow-through to completion with problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate large amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
