Electrolux Group is seeking an Electrical Maintenance & Automation Specialist for their 10th of Ramadan Plant in Sharkia, Egypt. This full-time, permanent role involves developing and executing maintenance strategies, analyzing failures, managing spare parts, and contributing to cost reduction and safety initiatives. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering with 1-5 years of experience.
Ansvarsområden
- Participate with the Maintenance Manager in setting preventive and predictive periodic plans and programs of electric maintenance for all factory tools and supervising their execution.
- Analyze frequent failures, diagnose their causes, suggest suitable treatments and supervise corrective action to decrease the probability of those failures.
- Coordinate with the local Maintenance Manager the technical specifications for all electric spare parts needed to be purchased and their alternatives.
- Monitor pre-maintenance preparation and coordinate with the warehouse for quick provision of spare parts.
- Follow up inspection reports and supervise the performance of workers in repairing failures that could retard production, and identify reasons for failure and their repeatability.
- Estimate the electric section budget and report to the maintenance manager, follow up the section expenses and achieve cost reductions.
- Develop a profile of all information for each tool.
- Provide tools of the section.
- Commit to technical rules.
- Deliver daily maintenance requests to the technicians.
- Set maintenance works assigned to the production department.
- Work on cost reduction of the product through maintenance activities.
- Recommend organizing the spare parts warehouse.
- Improve workers performance through appropriate training.
- Develop and participate in automation activities and troubleshooting in the factory.
- Evaluate workers and identify development opportunities.
- Improve safety and health conditions in the area.
- Improve Environmental impact & implement Zero landfill waste management system.
Krav
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering; mechatronics or electrical major preferably.
- 1-5 years of experience in a related field, preferably in the home appliances field.
- Proficiency in English language (written and oral).
- Good literal of MS Office and computer skills.
