Tetra Pak is seeking an Elec/Mech Tech in Sikeston, Missouri, to perform general and preventative maintenance on production equipment, including presses, sealers, and air systems. The role involves troubleshooting, adjusting equipment to improve quality and safety, and performing daily checks, with a preference for candidates with technical formation or diploma and relevant experience.

Ansvarsområden

  • Perform changeovers on presses, including all die work.
  • Perform general maintenance on all production equipment (presses, sealer, scrap system, air system).
  • Adjust major production equipment to fix nonconforming items.
  • Modify major production equipment to improve quality, increase safety, or decrease downtime.
  • Perform preventative and general maintenance checks on production equipment.
  • Perform weekly compressor checks.
  • Perform all duties in a safe manner.
  • Works on equipment maintenance including breakdown maintenance.
  • Maintain machines as per AM/PM logs.
  • Ensure proper equipment work during the shift and correct anomalies in case of breakdown.
  • Perform preventive and corrective activities at equipment according to maintenance plans.

Krav

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience with a manufacturing facility is highly beneficial.
  • Fresh Technical formation or Diploma in Engineering/Maintenance or 2-3 years’ experience in Maintenance/Spare Parts.
  • SAP basic knowledge.
  • WCM skills for breakdown/Anomaly analysis.
  • Experience and skills in identifying Root Cause and develop countermeasures to address machine technical knowledge.
  • Production process knowledge is preferred.
