Ansvarsområden
- Perform changeovers on presses, including all die work.
- Perform general maintenance on all production equipment (presses, sealer, scrap system, air system).
- Adjust major production equipment to fix nonconforming items.
- Modify major production equipment to improve quality, increase safety, or decrease downtime.
- Perform preventative and general maintenance checks on production equipment.
- Perform weekly compressor checks.
- Perform all duties in a safe manner.
- Works on equipment maintenance including breakdown maintenance.
- Maintain machines as per AM/PM logs.
- Ensure proper equipment work during the shift and correct anomalies in case of breakdown.
- Perform preventive and corrective activities at equipment according to maintenance plans.
Krav
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience with a manufacturing facility is highly beneficial.
- Fresh Technical formation or Diploma in Engineering/Maintenance or 2-3 years’ experience in Maintenance/Spare Parts.
- SAP basic knowledge.
- WCM skills for breakdown/Anomaly analysis.
- Experience and skills in identifying Root Cause and develop countermeasures to address machine technical knowledge.
- Production process knowledge is preferred.
