ABB is seeking an ELDS LV Trainer for the 2nd shift in Mebane, NC. This role involves participating in new production process analysis, training staff, and preparing technical documentation. The ideal candidate has over 2 years of manufacturing experience and a high school diploma.

Ansvarsområden

  • Participates in the sequence definition, cycle time calculation, and analysis of the working phases of new production processes/products.
  • Shares cycle time data with internal teams.
  • Prepares technical documentation regarding the process phases, related methods, and cycle times.
  • Supports production during start-ups by training indirect and direct staff.
  • Ensures that updated process and technical documentation are provided to Supply Chain Management (SCM) teams.
  • Participates in the definition of action plans, training of relevant Maintenance and Production teams, and other support activities during the internal/external process and equipment start-up.

  • Ability to safely use a ladder while performing the job, as needed
  • Ability to lift, push and pull up to 40lbs
