Lead end-to-end supply chain strategies and operations in Egypt, overseeing material handling, planning, customs, and inventory. This role requires extensive experience, strong leadership, and fluency in English and Arabic to drive operational excellence and team development.

Ansvarsområden

  • Develop and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives in Egypt.
  • Lead and optimize supply chain processes including material handling, planning, customs, and inventory management.
  • Oversee design, implementation, and continuous improvement of material handling systems.
  • Lead the supply planning process to ensure optimal inventory levels and material availability.
  • Ensure full compliance with Egyptian import/export regulations and international trade standards.
  • Define and monitor key supply chain KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing supply chain team.

Krav

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management within a multinational or industrial environment.
  • Strong background in material handling systems, supply and material planning, and customs operations.
  • Solid understanding of ERP systems (preferably Oracle), planning tools, and supply chain analytics.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and large-scale operational improvements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
