I korthet

ABB is seeking an Ecosystem Business Specialist in Shanghai to focus on Physical AI, including industrial robots and machine vision. The role involves identifying, connecting, and operating upstream and downstream partners to build the Physical AI industrial ecosystem, linking technology, hardware, and scenario resources.

Ansvarsområden

  • Map the Physical AI industrial chain: upstream, midstream, downstream end-users & system integrators covering smart manufacturing.
  • Research industry leaders, startups, university labs, industry associations and industrial alliances to build and update a Physical AI partner database.
  • Design diversified collaboration models (joint R&D, hardware-software adaptation, co-developed solutions, etc.).
  • Conduct business negotiations, draft MOUs and formal cooperation agreements.
  • Manage daily communication with partners and resolve collaboration bottlenecks.
  • Monitor Physical AI industry trends, policy updates and competitors’ ecosystem strategies.

Krav

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Robotics / Automation / Computer Science / Business related fields.
  • 1–3 years BD or customers related experience.
  • Market Intelligence
  • Excellent negotiation, cross-team coordination and project follow-up skills.
  • Highly self-driven, open to short business trips.
