Ansvarsområden
- Lead service restoration during major incidents and crises.
- Own Incident and Problem Management processes end-to-end.
- Reduce repeat incidents and recurring service disruptions.
- Identify and eliminate root causes impacting service stability.
- Improve service availability, reliability, and customer experience.
- Proactively identify and mitigate operational risks.
- Ensure effective stakeholder communication during critical service events.
- Drive continuous improvement of operational processes, procedures, and knowledge management.
Krav
- Degree in Engineering (Electronics, Computer Science, Telecommunication, or equivalent).
- 7+ years of experience in IT or Telecommunication.
- Previous experience with improvement initiatives.
- Strong Telecom fundamentals and understanding of Mobile Networks Architecture.
- Analytical and synthesis capabilities.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
