ABB is seeking an E Next Engineering Trainee to drive the full lifecycle of medium-voltage switchgear, components, and customized solutions. This role involves electrical, mechanical, and digital design, project management, and customer collaboration. Open to recent graduates with engineering degrees in Electrical Automation or Mechanical fields.

Ansvarsområden

  • Drive the full lifecycle of medium-voltage switchgear, components, and customized solutions (mechanical, electrical, digital) from design to delivery.
  • Be the bridge between technology and business, responsible for electrical design, mechanical design, and digital solutions.
  • Lead cross-departmental teams to translate customer needs into innovative products.
  • Manage project progress, quality, and costs; negotiate and sign technical agreements with clients.
  • Manage industrialization systems (Windchill, SAP, PDM) and optimize standardized processes for custom projects.
  • Provide technical support internally and externally; assist with trial production and manage production BOM.
  • Follow up on and resolve quality issues.
  • Experience rotations and in-depth understanding of ABB's power distribution business unit's scenarios.
  • Discover interests and different functional roles through challenging and impactful tasks, deeply participating in team collaboration.
  • Accelerate growth through comprehensive support from training and development, mentors, and project teams.
  • Develop personal strengths through clear performance goals and regular feedback.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Automation, Mechanical, or related engineering fields; Master's degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of work experience; outstanding fresh graduates can also be considered.
  • Excellent English communication skills (fluent preferred).
  • Proficient in office software, AutoCAD, Solidworks, and basic programming languages.
  • Clear logical thinking.
  • Target-oriented, possessing innovative thinking, teamwork, and cross-cultural adaptability.
  • Strong proactiveness and ability to find solutions in complex situations.
