Collaborate within the team to integrate CRM solutions with other systems.
Develop and maintain documentation related to CRM configuration and customization.
Stay updated with the latest CRM/D365 CE features and suggest improvements.

Krav

Knowledge of CRM/D365 CE out-of-the-box (OOTB) features and functionalities.
Familiarity with configuring and customizing CRM/D365 CE entities, forms, workflows, and views.
Knowledge of CRM/D365 CE data migration and integration processes.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve CRM/D365 CE related technical issues.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Detail-oriented with analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customization and Configuration certification is a plus.
