We are seeking a Senior Technical Architect with 11+ years of experience in Dynamics CRM/D365 CE and .NET to lead offshore projects. Responsibilities include technical implementation, team mentorship, and driving project success. The role requires hands-on development in D365 CE, integrations, and Azure services, with a strong focus on Agile methodologies.

Ansvarsområden

  • Lead offshore technical implementation of D365 CE projects, managing schedule, utilization, and resources.
  • Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and ensure process quality for the development team.
  • Collaborate with onshore Solution Architects and Program Managers to achieve project goals.
  • Participate in sprint planning, understand user stories, provide estimates, and perform development and unit testing.
  • Identify and address project issues, suggest process improvements, and document detailed designs.
  • Develop/configure integrations, plugins, custom workflow activities, and external applications integrating with D365 CE.
  • Investigate and fix defects, set up CI/CD pipelines, and administer project DevOps.
  • Act as a success manager, accountable for implementation quality and designs.
  • Contribute to the D365 CE capability by upskilling, sharing knowledge, and grooming future managers.
  • Focus on employee engagement and satisfaction.

Krav

  • 11+ years of technical experience in Dynamics CRM/D365 CE and .Net (ASP.Net MVC, Web API, WPF, SQL Server).
  • Proficient in C# coding with experience in event-driven frameworks, dependency injection, memory leak containment, caching, and logging.
  • Strong knowledge of OOPS principles and their applications.
  • Sound knowledge in SQL Queries.
  • Working knowledge in Dynamics 365 customizations and configurations (workflows, plugins, custom workflow activities, JavaScript, sitemap/ribbon customizations, powerapps, deployment, security).
  • Experience writing C#/JavaScript to consume D365 APIs or external APIs.
  • Experience writing D365 Fetch-based reports.
  • Functional knowledge in at least 2 of Sales, Service, and Marketing modules.
  • Strong HTML5 and CSS skills.
  • Strong development experience on USD or D365/ADX portals.
  • Azure knowledge required (logic apps, Web API, functions, deployments).
  • Experience with unit testing (automated or manual).
  • Strong documentation skills and experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to perform complex design work, including entity design.
  • Proven experience leading a team as a technical lead.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • An even mix of Dynamics CRM/D365 CE and .NET experience is an advantage.
  • Knowledge around different forms of security is desired.
  • Knowledge in SSIS/KWS, SCRIBE is an advantage.
  • Experience in one or more Javascript frameworks like Angular, React, JQuery, Knockout is desired.
