HCLTech seeks a Dynamics CRM Senior Technical Architect in Hyderabad, India to lead offshore projects, manage technical implementations, and mentor teams. Responsibilities include driving project success, ensuring quality, and contributing to D365 CE development with customizations, configurations, and integrations.

Ansvarsområden

Lead a project primarily from offshore, responsible for schedule, utilization, resourcing, and forecasting.
Accountable for the technical implementation of the project offshore.
Be technically hands-on, guide the team on process and quality, and act as a technical mentor.
Collaborate with onshore Solution Architect and Program Manager.
Participate in sprint planning sessions, educate the team on processes, and ensure active participation.
Understand user stories, raise queries against gaps, provide estimates, and understand designs.
Perform development and unit testing, and update hours against actuals in the configuration management tool.
Foresee issues within the project and escalate as needed.
Suggest process improvements.
Focus on D365 CE development, customizations, and configurations.
Brainstorm complex integrations and requirements, identify re-usable components, establish frameworks, and perform POCs.
Develop/configure external applications integrating with D365 CE and plugins/custom workflow activities.
Investigate defects and provide fixes.
Set up CI/CD and administer the devops of the project.
Act as a success manager for a project, working closely with the onshore Solution Architect for designs and implementation accountability.
Contribute technically to the overall D365 CE capability, including upskilling, providing improvement ideas, conducting knowledge sharing sessions, and grooming future managers.
Ensure employee engagement and satisfaction.

Krav

11+ years of technical experience in Dynamics CRM/D365 CE and .Net (ASP.Net MVC, Web API, WPF, SQL Server).
Working knowledge coding in C# with experience in event-driven frameworks using dependency injection frameworks, patterns to contain memory leaks, caching, and logging frameworks.
Sound knowledge around OOPS and its applications (classes, interfaces, inheritance, and composition).
Sound knowledge in SQL Queries.
Working knowledge in Dynamics 365 customizations and configurations, including workflows, plugins, custom workflow activities, javascript, sitemap/ribbon customizations, powerapps, deployment, and security.
Experience in writing C#/JavaScript code to consume D365 APIs or other external APIs.
Experience in writing D365 Fetch-based reports.
Sound functional knowledge in at least 2 of Sales, Service, and Marketing modules.
Strong HTML5 and CSS skills are a must.
Strong dev experience on at least one of USD and D365/ADX portals is a must.
Azure knowledge is a must (logic apps, Web API, functions, and their deployments).
Must have done unit testing (automated or manual).
Strong documentation skills, able to implement solutions from design documents and drive the team to follow configuration management plan processes (check-ins, check-outs, merge, etc.).
Agile knowledge is a must.
Able to do complex design work including entity design.
Must have led a team as a technical lead overseeing a project in multiple instances.
Must be a process champion.

Önskade kvalifikationer

An even mix of Dynamics CRM/D365 CE and .Net experience is an advantage.
Knowledge around different forms of security is desired.
Knowledge in SSIS/KWS, SCRIBE is an advantage.
Experience in one or more Javascript frameworks like Angular, React, JQuery, Knockout is desired.
