Atlas Copco Group is seeking a Dynamic 365 and Power Platform Developer for their Pune, India office. This hybrid role involves end-to-end customized application development, focusing on configuring Dynamics 365, building Power Automate flows, and supporting solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Ansvarsområden

  • Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CRM entities, forms, views, and business rules.
  • Develop and maintain Power Automate flows to automate business processes.
  • Implement changes and enhancements based on business requirements.
  • Work with MSCRM add-ons such as DocumentCorePack for template design and document generation.
  • Ensure proper integration and functionality of third-party tools within Dynamics 365.
  • Design and implement workflows to streamline CRM operations.
  • Optimize existing processes for efficiency and compliance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CRM and Power Platform solutions.
  • Assist in system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
  • Maintain clear documentation of configurations, workflows, and customizations.
  • Provide user guides and technical notes for implemented solutions.

Krav

  • Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM configuration and customization.
  • Practical knowledge of Power Automate, workflows, and business process flows.
  • Familiarity with Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven).
  • Understanding of CRM data model and business processes.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience with DocumentCorePack or similar document automation tools.
  • Knowledge of Power Platform connectors and integrations.
  • Exposure to Azure services and basic integration concepts.
  • Microsoft certifications (PL-200 or equivalent) are a plus.
