We are seeking an experienced Operations Support RAN to provide technical and operational expertise for Radio Access Network environments. This role involves maintaining network performance, resolving incidents, and collaborating with teams to deliver reliable customer services. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, proficiency in English and Spanish, and strong knowledge of 4G/5G RAN technologies and incident management.

Ansvarsområden

  • Serve as a technical escalation point for RAN incidents.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Support preventive maintenance activities to ensure network reliability and availability.
  • Participate in service acceptance activities and validate operational readiness.
  • Coordinate with engineering, operations, and field teams to drive issue resolution.
  • Contribute to service improvement initiatives and operational best practices.
  • Support automation programs that improve efficiency, consistency, and service quality.
  • Document incidents, solutions, and operational procedures.

Krav

  • Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Professional proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
  • Strong knowledge of 4G and 5G technologies with RAN.
  • Expertise in incident and problem management.
  • Practical OSS troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to analyze technical issues and coordinate resolution across multiple teams.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and customer-service skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a structured, service-driven operational environment.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Previous experience as a Support Specialist, Support Engineer, Associate Specialist, or in a similar support role.
  • Familiarity with technologies like Toad, Python, Python 3, SQL Queries, SAP UI, and Process Improvement.
