Ericsson is seeking a Domain Support Specialist in Sabana, Costa Rica to ensure the stability and performance of Core Network services. Responsibilities include technical escalation, incident resolution, and supporting preventive maintenance and problem management. The role requires experience in Core Network operations, knowledge of EPC, IMS, and 5GC technologies, and proficiency in English and Spanish.

Ansvarsområden

  • Act as technical escalation point for Core services.
  • Diagnose and resolve incidents.
  • Support preventive maintenance activities.
  • Perform impact assessments for service changes.
  • Participate in problem management initiatives.
  • Coordinate with cross-domain teams.
  • Support service automation efforts.

Krav

  • Experience in Core Network operations.
  • Knowledge of EPC, IMS, and 5GC technologies.
  • Incident and problem management experience.
  • OSS operational tools knowledge.
  • Professional proficiency in English and verbal and written.
  • Professional proficiency in Spanish (written and verbal).

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Bachelor degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related discipline.
