As a Documentation and Expedition Engineer, you will maintain technical dossiers for CNG/CBG compressors, ensuring compliance with QAP and legal requirements. This role involves streamlining documentation processes, leading digitalization efforts, and verifying test certificates to meet business needs.

Ansvarsområden

  • Establish, streamline, and optimize the documentation process for the GPP business line.
  • Lead and establish the digitalization of the documentation process.
  • Ensure timely completion and submission of technical files/dossiers for CNG/CBG compressors before FAT.
  • Check QAP as per project requirements and verify required test certificates.
  • Maintain quality of documentation and escalate issues with company and vendors.
  • Review supplier documents and verify correctness against product/certification requirements.
  • Interact with suppliers for missing documents and follow up on pending certificates.
  • Submit technical certificates, test reports, and manuals on time.
  • Monitor task completion and maintain appropriate system records.
  • Maintain physical and scanned documents as per machine serial numbers.

Krav

  • Diploma/Degree in Engineering from a Government Recognized Technical Board.
  • For Diploma: 8 to 10 years of relevant experience.
  • For Degree: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to contribute to company goals.
  • Ability to take on new challenges and adopt changes quickly.
  • Action and achievement oriented mindset.
  • Ability to lead a team to achieve results.
