Ansvarsområden

Lead daily outbound distribution operations across pick, pack, and ship functions.
Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and shipped according to established service commitments.
Balance labor resources and staffing levels to meet operational demands.
Monitor operational workflows, identify and eliminate process bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide leadership and direction to supervisors, team leads, and distribution associates.
Drive employee engagement and accountability through key performance indicators.
Coordinate outbound transportation activities and manage carrier performance.
Ensure compliance with all domestic and international shipping requirements and regulations.

Krav

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Experience leading leaders, including supervisors, team leads, and frontline associates in a distribution, warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environment.
Experience overseeing high-volume operational workflows and meeting customer service requirements.
Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), enterprise resource planning systems (ERP), and distribution technologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience managing labor planning, productivity metrics, and operational performance indicators.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams in a safety-focused environment.
Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Experience in a large-scale distribution center environment.
Knowledge of JD Edwards (JDE) enterprise software.
Experience working with warehouse automation technologies and material handling systems.
Understanding of domestic and international shipping practices and transportation operations.
Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
Experience managing carrier relationships, freight optimization programs, and cost reduction initiatives.
Advanced proficiency in data analysis and operational reporting.
