As Director Product Management in Remscheid, Germany, you will lead product strategy, portfolio management, and the development of RIDGID, Klauke, and OEM product lines across Europe. This strategic role involves managing a distributed team and collaborating with various departments to ensure customer needs are met and sustainable growth is achieved.

Ansvarsområden

Developing and executing long-term product strategies for RIDGID, Klauke, and OEM portfolios across Europe.
Managing the complete product lifecycle from strategy development to portfolio optimization.
Building and maintaining product roadmaps and innovation strategies.
Analyzing market trends, customer requirements, and competitive developments.
Adapting global product strategies to European market requirements and regulations.
Collaborating with Engineering, Operations, Sourcing, Sales, and Marketing Communications on new product development initiatives.
Driving successful commercialization and product launch activities.
Defining product positioning, pricing strategies, and value propositions.
Leading, developing, and coaching a geographically distributed team of Product and Project Managers.
Building and maintaining strategic relationships with customers, channel partners, and key stakeholders.
Representing Product Management within the European leadership team.
Leading or supporting strategic global initiatives and cross-functional projects.

Krav

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Extensive experience in Product Management, Marketing, Engineering, or a comparable leadership role.
Strong expertise in product lifecycle management and new product development.
Experience in developing and executing product and portfolio strategies.
Good understanding of European markets, customer requirements, and distribution channels.
Proven people leadership experience.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Fluent English skills.
