Microsoft's Cloud Operations + Innovation (CO+I) is seeking a Director of AI Supercomputing Delivery to lead global standardization and execution for AI infrastructure. This role involves driving innovation, implementing new technologies, and operationalizing best practices to accelerate the delivery of AI and commercial cloud capacity.

Ansvarsområden

  • Establish, evolve, and drive adoption of global design and deployment standards for AI supercomputing capacity.
  • Lead the identification, evaluation, and implementation of new technologies, processes, and architectural approaches for AI infrastructure scaling.
  • Design and operationalize best practices, automation, and integration improvements to reduce compute, network, and storage capacity online time.
  • Serve as a thought leader for emerging technologies, deployment models, and AI infrastructure capabilities, partnering with engineering teams.

Krav

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements, including Microsoft Cloud Background Check.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years experience in engineering or product/technical program management in AI infrastructure, cloud-scale systems, or hardware integration, OR equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years experience managing cross-functional and cross-team initiatives at global scale.
  • 4+ years experience leading large-scale infrastructure deployments or capacity planning programs for cloud services.
  • 1+ year Experience building or deploying agentic AI solutions (autonomous agents, orchestration frameworks, automated decision making systems).
  • 2+ years designing or implementing software defined networks (SDN) in hyperscale, enterprise, or cloud environments.
