We are seeking a Director, GS&O Communications to shape and drive the strategic narrative for small and medium enterprise (SME) customers. This role requires translating complex business strategy into clear, compelling stories for internal and external audiences, and developing an integrated communication strategy across various channels. The ideal candidate will have strong storytelling, strategic thinking, and cross-organizational orchestration skills.
Ansvarsområden
- Frame Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy with empathy for a field sales audience.
- Translate complex business strategy into clear, compelling, and differentiated storytelling.
- Develop and drive a comprehensive SME&C GS&O communication strategy.
- Ensure consistency of voice, message hierarchy, and narrative across all channels.
- Partner with senior leadership to shape key messages and presentations.
- Support key forums with strong narrative coherence.
- Drive alignment across marketing, sales, partner, and field teams.
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to scale narratives.
- Lead development of high-impact narratives, messaging frameworks, and core content assets.
- Define success metrics and track effectiveness of communication strategies.
Krav
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or related field AND 6+ years communications, marketing operations, field operations, program management, project management, or related experience OR equivalent experience.
- 6+ years experience supporting senior executives in an executive communications role.
- 4+ years experience in technology, AI, cloud, or partner ecosystems.
- Effective storytelling and narrative-building capabilities with the ability to influence across complex, matrixed organizations.
- Experience working with or advising senior executives.

- Knowledge of small medium business market dynamics.
Förmåner
- Typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $251,900 per year.
- Different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $272,300 per year.
