- Leading and coaching product teams to achieve agreed objectives and deliverables.
- Driving requirement elicitation and discovery activities with business stakeholders.
- Defining, refining, and prioritizing the product backlog.
- Ensuring requirements are clearly documented with well-defined acceptance criteria.
- Facilitating decision-making and balancing competing business priorities.
- Building strong partnerships with business leaders, architects, and development teams.
- Acting as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Ensuring solutions support business strategy, process improvements, and operational excellence.
- Managing product lifecycle activities and driving continuous improvements.
- Following up on delivery quality, business outcomes, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Krav
- 8+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Delivery Management, or similar leadership roles.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile environments.
- Experience in business requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to write clear and measurable acceptance criteria and user stories.
- Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Experience managing priorities across multiple business areas and initiatives.
- Good understanding of agile principles and product-oriented ways of working.

- Experience working with ERP, supply chain, manufacturing, or planning solutions is highly meritorious.
