Ansvarsområden
- Define and execute digital product strategy, roadmap, priorities, and investment plan.
- Own the lifecycle of digital capabilities for EaaS and Rental, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Drive architectural direction and platform alignment for reusable capabilities and seamless business flows.
- Lead alignment across Business Product Owners, Digital & IT, Enterprise Architecture, Engineering, markets, and strategic partners.
- Establish strategic partnerships with Volvo Group companies, markets, and external providers.
- Continuously evolve digital capabilities using analytics, feedback, market trends, and emerging technologies.
- Ensure effective governance, planning, and transparency across the product portfolio.
Krav
- Proven experience defining, delivering, and evolving enterprise digital products in complex global environments.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across large global enterprises.
- Strong ability to translate business strategy into scalable digital capabilities with sound enterprise architecture and solution design.
- Good understanding of Equipment as a Service, Rental, and related business processes.
- Experience supporting digital capabilities for pay-per-use, subscription, EaaS, or asset rental business models.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, DevOps, and ITIL practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and align various parties.
