As a Digital Product Area Owner at Volvo Group in Wroclaw, you will strategically lead SAP Sales and Distribution digital product capabilities, aligning them with the company's overall strategy and driving digital transformation. Ansvarsområden

  • Strategically oversee digital product capabilities in SAP Sales and Distribution.
  • Develop capabilities vision, strategy, goals, and roadmap aligned with business priorities.
  • Manage budget and financial follow-up for the area.
  • Manage cross-team dependencies and support collaboration.
  • Facilitate capacity management and resource allocation.
  • Empower teams, build skills, and cultivate an agile mindset.
  • Strive for simplification, encourage waste reduction, and continuous improvement.
  • Nurture collaboration and transparency between stakeholders.
  • Ensure capabilities are developed and maintained in compliance with architecture and security guidelines.
  • Drive capabilities development based on end-user, market trend, and data analysis.
  • Manage professional development and career development of team members through coaching and performance feedback.

Krav

  • University degree.
  • Several years of experience in people leadership.
  • Solid hands-on experience in SAP configuration or development in SAP SD (Sales and Distribution).
  • Experience in Service Billing.
  • Understanding of cost, risks, and compliance requirements associated with development and operations.
  • Ability to think and act strategically and tactically.
  • Experience in managing a global technological transformation on a strategic level.
  • Solid communication and collaboration skills.
  • Passion for leading, inspiring, and developing people.
  • Proven skills in cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to manage and foster both perform and transform aspects of the job.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • SAP Variant Configuration experience is an added advantage.
