This internship offers hands-on experience in software development for digital mission engineering products, working with large codebases in C++, .NET, and Java. Interns will contribute to designing, implementing, and validating new features impacting defense and aerospace industries, collaborating with experienced engineers.

Ansvarsområden

  • Work on large-scale codebases with millions of lines of C++, .NET, and Java source code across Windows & Linux platforms, gaining exposure to enterprise-level software architecture.
  • Participate in modern software development practices to design, implement, and validate new features for Digital Mission Engineering products including STK, ODTK, and STK Components.
  • Solve real-world challenges for the defense and aerospace industries using advanced software tools that directly impact mission-critical applications.
  • Collaborate with experienced software engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver production-quality code while learning industry best practices.
  • Contribute creative ideas and innovative solutions to enhance Ansys' flagship products, with opportunities to see your work deployed in real-world aerospace and defense applications.

Krav

  • Currently enrolled in a four-year, accredited university.
  • Currently studying Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
  • This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

  • Previous co-op or internship experience preferred.
  • Development experience preferred.
