At Electrolux, we have been improving everyday life for more than 100 years. Today, digital experiences play an important role in how we engage consumers, support our partners and drive growth across our channels.

We are now looking for a hands-on Digital Content & Web Specialist to join the Electrolux Home marketing team on a 9-month assignment. In this role, you will help improve the Electrolux Home website by working with content, customer journeys, navigation, web performance and data-driven optimization.

This is a great opportunity for someone who combines strong web management experience with a commercial mindset and enjoys turning insights into concrete improvements that strengthen the customer experience and support business performance.

What you’ll do

As Digital Content & Web Specialist, you will support the day-to-day development and optimisation of the Electrolux Home website, with a focus on content quality, user experience, conversion and operational excellence.

You will:

  • Manage and optimize website content, landing pages and navigation to improve the customer journey.
  • Use web analytics, customer behavior data and performance insights to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Identify and help resolve friction points, UX issues and conversion barriers across the website.
  • Support campaign launches by ensuring that web content, landing pages and customer journeys are ready and effective.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, tech teams, agencies and external partners to prioritize and implement improvements.
  • Track key website KPIs such as traffic, engagement, conversion and commercial performance.
  • Contribute to improving web processes, governance and ways of working to ensure a high-quality digital experience.

What you bring

You are a hands-on web and content specialist with a strong commercial mindset. You understand how content, UX, navigation and data work together to improve the customer journey and drive digital performance. You are structured, proactive and comfortable working with several stakeholders to get things done.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in web management, digital content, e-commerce or website optimization.
  • Strong hands-on experience working with CMS platforms and managing website content.
  • Good understanding of digital customer journeys, UX principles and conversion optimization.
  • Experience using web analytics tools, such as GA4, to identify issues and improvement opportunities.
  • Ability to translate insights into concrete actions that improve engagement, conversion and commercial performance.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, tech teams and/or external partners.
  • Fluent in Swedish is a must.

Nice to have

  • Experience from D2C or e-commerce environments.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices.
  • Experience with CRO, A/B testing or landing page optimization.
  • Experience supporting digital campaigns or coordinating agencies and external partners.
