- Systematically escalate problems or variance in information to relevant owners/teams.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Adhere to Service Level Agreements and average handle time.
- Meet predetermined and assigned productivity targets and quality standards.
- Make judgment based decisions based on observations and procedures.
Krav
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
