Ansvarsområden
- Perform analysis, quality checks, and edits on digital content for eBook readers.
- Validate accurate conversion of content to digital format.
- Follow editing SOPs to identify and catch errors.
- Understand eBook content requirements, comics, editing tools, and workflow tools.
- Adapt to and learn new editor features to improve content editing efficiency.
- Perform content quality checks for user experience (flow and format quality) on Kindle devices.
- Use software tools for quality audit, content editing, and data capture.
- Be aware of operations metrics like productivity, quality, and delivery SLAs.
- Contact global stakeholders to provide status reports and communicate information.
- Come up with improvement ideas for the editing/QA process.
Krav
- Bachelor's degree
- Arabic B1/B2 certification is mandatory
- Proficiency in English (Speak, write, and read fluently)
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
- Self-starter, good team player
- Strong attention to detail in editing content
- Ability to deep dive and identify root causes of issues
- Good at problem-solving, data analysis, and troubleshooting content editing issues
- Good interpersonal skills to manage relationships with software and inter-operations teams
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Knowledge of or experience in Publishing industry
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with content management systems (CMS)
- Basic HTML knowledge
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
