As a Digital Associate, you will create high-quality written content for videos and images, and perform data labeling for audio, image, and video files. This role focuses on producing clear, concise content while meeting daily productivity and quality targets. A strong command of the English language and analytical skills are essential.
Ansvarsområden
- Performs simple annotation-related tasks in ML data process areas like audio, image, and/or video files using internal tools.
- Participates in data collection activities with provided scripts and instructions.
- Applies strong language skills, grammar knowledge, and linguistic rules to ensure generated text adheres to proper grammar, syntax, and appropriate language usage.
- Maintains high internal quality through quality audits and verification.
- Meets daily productivity and quality targets.
- Tracks queries related to annotation/data collection and shares them with relevant stakeholders.
- Tracks daily task completion status and provides individual status reports.
- Adheres to confidentiality & compliance requirements.
- Provides specific & timely feedback to streamline existing processes.
- Offers remedial instruction in tool usage as required.
- Helps test new SOPs and ML data tools.
Krav
- Strong command of the English language, including grammar, syntax, and vocabulary.
- Good familiarity with the Windows desktop environment and uses of Word, Excel, IE, Firefox etc.
- Flexibility and interest to do repetitive tasks.
- High level of energy and proactive nature.
- A sense of ownership and drive and a willingness to accept the challenge of daily deadlines.
- Attention to detail and ability to identify and rectify errors or inconsistencies.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience in written and spoken English and an ability to compose grammatically correct, concise and accurate written responses.

- Background in linguistics, creative writing, computational linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate and interpret data to improve the performance of the system.
- Passion for language, technology, and AI advancements.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications.
- Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal.
