As a Digital Associate, you will create high-quality written content for videos and images, and label objects on audio, image, and video files for machine learning data processes. You will use internal tools, adhere to compliance, perform quality audits, and track task completion to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
Ansvarsområden
- Performs simple annotation-related tasks in areas like audio, image, and/or video files using internal tools.
- May participate in data collection activities with provided scripts and instructions.
- Applies language skills, grammar knowledge, and linguistic rules to ensure generated text is accurate.
- Maintains internal quality through quality audits and verification.
- Meets daily productivity and quality targets and tracks related queries.
- Tracks daily task completion status and provides individual status reports.
- Adheres to confidentiality and compliance requirements to ensure zero risk to customer data.
- Helps test new SOPs and ML data tools.
- Provides feedback to streamline processes and achieve consistent, high-quality results.
- Offers remedial instruction in tool usage as required.
Krav
- Strong command of the English language, including grammar, syntax, and vocabulary.
- Background in linguistics, creative writing, computational linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate and interpret data.
- Good familiarity with the Windows desktop environment and uses of Word, Excel, IE, Firefox etc.
- Flexibility and interest in doing repetitive tasks.
- High level of energy and proactive nature.
- Sense of ownership and drive, and willingness to accept the challenge of daily deadlines.
- Attention to detail and ability to identify and rectify errors or inconsistencies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Passion for language, technology, and AI advancements.
- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience in written and spoken English and ability to compose grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses.
