As a Digital Associate in Ring Data Engineering Services, you will create high-quality written content for videos/images and label objects in audio, image, and video files. You will perform annotation tasks, participate in data collection, and maintain internal quality through audits. The role requires strong English language skills and adherence to daily productivity and quality targets.

Ansvarsområden

  • Perform simple annotation-related tasks in ML data processes (audio, image, video).
  • Participate in data collection activities when scripts and instructions are provided.
  • Apply strong language skills, grammar knowledge, and linguistic rules to generated text.
  • Perform quality audits/verification to maintain high internal quality.
  • Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
  • Track and share queries related to annotation/data collection with stakeholders.
  • Track daily task completion status and provide individual status reports.
  • Adhere to confidentiality & compliance requirements.
  • Help test new SOPs and ML data tools.
  • Provide feedback to streamline existing processes and achieve consistent results.
  • Offer remedial instruction in tool usage as required.

Krav

  • Strong command of the English language, including grammar, syntax, and vocabulary.
  • Background in linguistics, creative writing, computational linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate and interpret data.
  • Good familiarity with the Windows desktop environment and uses of Word, Excel, IE, Firefox etc.
  • Flexibility and interest to do repetitive tasks.
  • High level of energy and proactive nature.
  • Sense of ownership and drive.
  • Willingness to accept the challenge of daily deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to identify and rectify errors or inconsistencies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

  • Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in English, communications, technical writing, or a related field, or comparable job experience.
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications.
  • Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Journalism, Communications, English, Technical Writing, or a related field.
  • Experience in multicultural communication, or experience and familiarity with US culture.
