As a Digital Associate for Ring Data Engineering Services, you will create high-quality written content for multimedia and perform labeling tasks for ML data. Ansvarsområden

  • Perform simple annotation-related tasks in ML data process areas (audio, image, video).
  • Use internal tools and software provided by the team.
  • Participate in data collection activities following provided scripts and instructions.
  • Apply language skills, grammar knowledge, and linguistic rules to generated text.
  • Maintain internal quality through audits and verification.
  • Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
  • Track and share queries related to annotation/data collection with stakeholders.
  • Track daily task completion status and provide individual status reports.
  • Adhere to confidentiality and compliance requirements.
  • Help test new SOPs and ML data tools.
  • Provide feedback to streamline processes and improve results.
  • Offer remedial instruction in tool usage and other topics.

Krav

  • Strong command of the English language, including grammar, syntax, and vocabulary.
  • Familiarity with the Windows desktop environment and applications like Word, Excel, IE, Firefox.
  • Flexibility and interest in performing repetitive tasks.
  • High level of energy and proactive nature.
  • Sense of ownership and drive, willingness to accept the challenge of daily deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to identify and rectify errors or inconsistencies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Background in linguistics, creative writing, computational linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate and interpret data.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications.
  • Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal.
