Digital Associate responsible for creating high-quality written content for videos/images and labeling objects within ML data processes using internal tools. Requires strong English language skills, a Bachelor's degree, and analytical abilities for data evaluation.

Ansvarsområden

  • Performs simple annotation-related tasks in ML data process areas (audio, image, video).
  • May participate in data collection activities.
  • Applies strong language skills, grammar knowledge, and linguistic rules.
  • Maintains internal quality by performing quality audits/verification.
  • Meets daily productivity and quality targets.
  • Tracks queries and shares them with relevant stakeholders.
  • Tracks daily task completion status and provides individual status reports.
  • Adheres to confidentiality & compliance requirements.
  • Helps test new SOPs and ML data tools.
  • Provides specific & timely feedback to streamline processes.
  • Offers remedial instruction in tool usage.

Krav

  • Strong command of the English language, including grammar, syntax, and vocabulary.
  • Background in linguistics, creative writing, computational linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate and interpret data.
  • Good familiarity with the Windows desktop environment and uses of Word, Excel, IE, Firefox etc.
  • Flexibility and interest to do repetitive tasks.
  • High level of energy and proactive nature.
  • Sense of ownership and drive, and willingness to accept the challenge of daily deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to identify and rectify errors or inconsistencies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Passion for language, technology, and AI advancements.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications.
  • Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal.
